Mahyar Kashani, MD serves as the Director of Male Sexual Health at Men's Health Long Island. Born and raised on Long Island, Dr. Kashani is deeply committed to providing exceptional, discreet, and results-driven care to his local community.

He specializes in the comprehensive treatment of Men's Sexual Health conditions, including complex cases of Erectile Dysfunction, Peyronie's Disease, and Male Infertility. Dr. Kashani is one of the few urologists in the region with advanced fellowship training specifically in prosthetic urology (Penile Implants).

Beyond sexual medicine, Dr. Kashani provides expert management for general urologic conditions such as Kidney Stones, BPH, and Voiding Dysfunction. His philosophy is simple: listen to the patient, understand their goals, and apply the latest evidence-based treatments to restore their quality of life.
